Yes, our course can be set up indoors or outdoors. A level surface is required for setup. If rain is in the forecast, a covered space will be required.

Each rental includes putters in a range of sizes, balls, scorecards and pencils. Setup and takedown of the course are also included in the rental fee.
An attendant may be hired for an additional fee if desired.
An extra setup fee may be assessed for occurrences such as a long distance from trailer to setup area, stairs, elevators, etc.

A $250 deposit is required to book your rental, refundable up to 14 days prior to your event. This payment will be kept as a damage deposit, refundable with the satisfactory return of the holes and equipment following the event. Payment in full is due 14 days prior to the event.

Generally, a minimum of the following is required for course setup:
3 holes - 250 sq ft
6 holes - 500 sq ft
9 holes - 750 sq ft

Setup and takedown times will vary depending on the rental package and site complexity. Typically, we require one hour on each side of the rental timeframe.

We deliver for free within a 20 mile radius of downtown Bellingham. Beyond that, we charge $1 per mile each way.

Additional hours in a single day beyond the 4-hour minimum may be booked at $95 per hour. For multi-day rentals, please submit the booking request form, and we will get back to you with a quote.

In the event of rain or other inclement weather, an alternate setup location will be required (indoors or covered outdoor space).
If you do not have an adequate indoor space, we will happily work with you to make alternate arrangements or reschedule if needed.

No. This course is hand built - just like the Portal Putt course - but these holes are smaller and lighter for portability.
